Sustain Worldwide Members & Partners are required to sign the Statement of Commitment and submit their Sustainability and/or Environmental Policy.

Developer Members & Partners are additionally required to exceed the local building standards in a sustainability context in the country where they are developing, and to recognise BREEAM, LEED or a local sustainability construction and certification methodology. 

Statement of Commitment:
  • To develop and practice your business interests sustainably and in consideration of your impact on the environment and local communities.
  • To inspire developer partners and fellow professionals to build and conduct their business interests in a sustainable and socially responsible manner.
  • To contribute time, knowledge, best practice and resources to the alliance’s and other members’ benefit.
  • To attend Sustain Worldwide hosted events, including seminars, workshops, and conferences where possible.
  • To support the alliance’s work by paying fees in a timely fashion.
